Noam is a global expert in education policy, data-driven impact, and evidence-based innovation. He is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Youth Impact, and an Education & MEL Advisor to organizations including Ubongo, supporting strategy and impact measurement. A Rhodes and Fulbright Scholar, Noam has worked with the World Bank, UNICEF, and various governments to scale proven education interventions. With academic training from MIT and Oxford, his work combines technical rigor and practical relevance to advance equitable learning outcomes across Africa.
