Adelina has an extensive experience in community engagement, resource mobilization and capacity building in different fields including education, human rights, governance, water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH). Under her different capacities, she has enjoyed working with children and youth especially girls in building their confidence and allowing them to fly their wings in speaking up and taking leadership positions from their young age. She delights in leaving a community better that she found it. She holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Dar es Salaam.
